Rainy Day in Halifax

Good morning everybody.
Time is just flying by and spring is on the horizon. It is time to start thinking of the garden and all the beautiful flowers we will have this summer.
At the Halifax Seaport farmers Market, things are looking up and are getting busier.
This weekend will mark the arrival of the first Cruise ship of the season The Princess Danae of the World Cruises with 690 passenger Capacity. It will be in port for Saturday and Sunday, so we will see if we get to meet any of the visitors. I am looking forward to it.
The fog is obscuring the view of Purcell's cove right now, but I have seen quiet a few sailboats out there already. May signs of spring.
Hal is working very hard on a new painting for me. It is of a number of  (marathon-) runners with the Halifax town Clock in the background. It looks great and I can't  wait for it to be finished.
We will produce a limited edition of it and I will have it for you at the Market and it will be ready before the Blue Nose Marathon.

Here is an other of Hal Jones' paintings, enjoy!!!!
